Fabrizio Molinario was born in Novara in 1968, where he lives and works. Self-taught, but informed on the contemporary art system, he approached painting in 2003, a period in which he worked at the Ministry of the Interior as Police Agent of the State Police. Molinario often depicts scenes of everyday life and environments exposed in a distorted perspective, viewed from above of an apparently normal world, but definitely visionary and surreal to a more in-depth analysis, where man and animal live in symbiosis. The ironic and grotesque vein is always present and the bird’s•eye views often make us feel a little directors (a sort of “Big Brother”) or a protagonists of the scene.
