Nadia Guerroui (1988, Toulouse) is the winner of the 2020 Vordemberge-Gildewart Award. Guerroui creates discreet and subtly perceptible material experiences that often incorporate location, time of day and incidence of light into the work

Phanos Kyriacou (1977, Nicosia) represented Cyprus at the 55th Venice Biennale. In a kind of “materialism of alternatives,” he uses his sculptures and films to create encounters that restructure common notions of the relationships between objects, information and society.
