Terezie Tomková: Sixth sense

The installation aspires to capture the call of a “sixth sense,” drawing on Hartmut Rosa and his theory of resonance — the world continuously addressing us while we respond only selectively. Through suspended abstract canvases of varied coloration and the inclusion of natural objects, the artist explores new materialism, revealing a non-formal, performative, and essential dimension of matter. The spatial arrangement forms a landscape of subtle presences, inviting viewers to perceive intuitions and signals that shape our lives, and to attune to the environment and its relations.
