Philipp Fleischmann is an artist and filmmaker based in Vienna, Austria. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and from the School Friedl Kubelka for Independent Film of which he has become the Artistic Director in 2014. Fleischmann’s work has been exhibited internationally at film festivals and exhibition spaces, among others: Vienna Secession, Film Museum Vienna, Berlinale Forum Expanded, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Mumok Vienna, Anthology Film Archives (NYC), Belmacz Gallery London, Moscow International Experimental Film Festival (MIEFF), MACRO Museum Rome, International Rotterdam Film Festival (IFFR).
