OSTLICHT AUCTIONS at PARALLEL VIENNA

With OstLicht Auctions, we continue the tradition of significant photography auctions – with a passion for originals, careful selection, a clear understanding of the history and significance of each object, and a commitment to making new photographic positions visible. On Sunday, 13 September 2026, the next OstLicht Photo Auction will take place for the first time in cooperation with the art fair PARALLEL Vienna at the Otto Wagner Areal. One of the focal points of this special auction is contemporary photography.

For this auction, we invite submissions of photographic works. We are looking for exciting positions that reflect current developments in photography, open up new perspectives for collectors, and, of course, include classics from the history of photography. The selected works will be on view throughout the fair from 9 September 2026 onwards. The auction will take place publicly on 13 September 2026 at 2 pm. Bids may be placed in advance online, live via various auction platforms, by telephone, or in person in the auction room.
