Architecture & Artist Studio Tours + Filmscreenings on the cultural and historical significance of Funkhaus

NeverAtHome invites visitors to explore the Funkhaus as both an architectural landmark and a vibrant site of contemporary artistic production.

Tours start every 20 minutes between 10am and 5pm in front of the Funkhaus and last ~ 40 minutes.

The first part of the tour is a 20-minute architectural walk, introducing the history of the Funkhaus, its architectural significance and its place within Vienna’s architectural heritage.

Visitors are then invited to continue with a 20-minute guided tour of NeverAtHome’s artist studios, offering a behind-the-scenes look into the working spaces of the artists based in the Funkhaus and an insight into NeverAtHome’s studio programme.

No registration is required

Tours are held in Englisch and German

The event is organized in collaboration with OPEN HOUSE WIEN.

FILM SCREENINGS

The tours are accompanied by film screenings, showing films that are about the cultural importance and architectural significance of the building.
