Ursula Winterauer, who performs under the moniker Gischt, is a composer, electronic music producer, and curator based in Vienna. Her practice explores raw sonic structures shaped by digital processes, contrasted with analog warmth and the vulnerability of the human voice. This results in layered compositions that draw on industrial sound aesthetics, combining field recordings, bass guitar, synthesizers, and dense electronic textures into immersive environments. Often developed through close collaboration with musicians and performers, her works function as structural sound scores rather than fixed notation.

Winterauer develops pieces for ensembles, works as a sound designer and film composer, and creates compositions for contemporary dance. In addition, she is the bassist of the doom-metal band Eaeres and one half of the noise duo The Answer is No alongside Maja Osojnik. She is the co-founder and label head of Ventil Records.

Runar Magnusson
Runar Magnusson is an Icelandic/Danish sound artist and electronic music composer working between Copenhagen and Vienna. His work centers on field recordings and found sounds, shaped into immersive, minimalist compositions that unfold across space with a distinctive sense of atmosphere and tension. Drawing on influences from nature, horror cinema, noise, and meditation, Magnusson creates sonic environments that are both unsettling and subtly playful.

Trained at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, he has released numerous solo works, including Inside Out of Chaos (2024), Sub-Photic Scenario (2022), and Komplett Kollaps (2022). Alongside his solo practice, he collaborates in projects such as Edition# with Yann Coppier and Vindva Mei with Petur Eyvindsson, and develops interdisciplinary works that explore perception, behavior, and the psychological dimensions of sound.

Nova Lux: SONDER
Nova Lux is a media & sound artist based in Vienna. She works across digital media, generative sound, audiovisual performances and installations, dissolving the boundaries between content and art, serenity and serendipity.

SONDER is a cinematic mirage for closed eyes, luring the listener into a lichenous labyrinth of collective minds, and giving them pause to marvel at the intricacies of every entity they encounter. Remote harmonies and squidgy sound design meet fragments of forsaken club cultures, constructing a delectronic utopia where EDM traits are dereferenced and nature is retaking it’s baselines.

Jonas Hammerer
Jonas Hammerer is a Vienna-based musician and sound artist working with synthetic, process-oriented systems for live performances, sound installations and collaborative works.

He studied electroacoustic and experimental music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where he is currently working at the Artistic Research Center as part of the AESR sound projection lab, developing a modular multichannel system for spatial sound research and performance. He is also a member of kv.r., an independent venue and collective organizing experimental music shows in Vienna.

In his artistic practice he uses analog and digital sound synthesis as material and form-giving process, exploring instability and emergent behavior in which form develops without fixed compositional structures. He also realizes commissioned sound works and audio software for artists and cultural institutions.

MOOZAK (* 2007) is a label and platform for experimental music and sound art. Moozak Multichannel Series is a series of events on the subject of experimental multichannel performances with a focus on computer music, electroacoustics, sound art and generative electronic real-time music with overlaps to new media. Moozak is curated by the sound- and media artist Cora Hausch.
