Kevin warmly invites you to a listening event accompanying G.B. Jones’s solo exhibition, A midnight stroll in the neighbourhood, on Saturday October 17 from 5:00–8:00 PM.
Selected vinyl records to which G.B. Jones contributed, both with cover artworks as well as a member of the band Fifth Column, will be played throughout the afternoon. Complementing the works on view in the exhibition, the listening session offers visitors to explore the many facets of G.B. Jones’s practice and a chance to engage with her music, that shaped Toronto’s queer and punk subculture of the 1990s.
The records will be played from 5:00 PM on – in the following order:
