We kindly invite you to the opening of Kay Walkowiak’s solo show “SPECIFIC OBJECTHOOD” on Tuesday, November 28, 7PM at ZELLER VAN ALMSICK, Franz-Josefs-Kai 3, 1010 Vienna.
Kay Walkowiak studied sculpture and multimedia at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, photography and video art at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and expanded expression at Zokei University in Tokyo. Since 2004 Kay Walkowiak has been showing in numerous international group exhibitions, as at HMKV (Hardware MedienKunstVerein) in Dortmund and at the Leopold Museum in Vienna in 2017. Solo exhibitions took place i.a. at the MAK - Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna, the Soulangh Art Space in Tainan, the Austrian Cultural Forum in New Delhi and the Node Gallery in Tokyo. His work will be shown at the first Lahore Biennial in Pakistan in 2018.
