“Heal Me” is about the ongoing process of self-reflection, self-diagnosis and autonomous self-healing methods.
Harmony and the well-being of body and mind is a natural human seeking. In western society traditional medicine becomes more alien to each new generation. I intent to experiment with materials, creating a ritual like scenery that draws the spectator in and generates curiosity and believe. An approach to self-healing, the esoteric realm and spiritual cleansing to question and investigate alternative medicine, believe and the materials behind these therapies. Furthermore, I
use these materials and visual material that I found in my research to play and create my own rituals, methods, therapies, science fiction, models and music. As I interpret the information
in a non-familiar way and intent to combine it with my methods, the process and installative dialog can become naive and humorous.
