Get an deep insight into Turkeys (and the rest of the worlds) past and present fanzine scene, share about your experiences in Zine-making, get some tutorials in D.I.Y self-publishing and watch the rare Zine movies “Fanzines From Mars” from Belgrade and “Heyt be! Fanzine Short Movie” from Istanbul. The outcome of our small get-together will be an collaborative Zine by all the participants.

Deniz Beser is an Istanbul based visual artist and the coordinator of Istanbul Fanzine Festival, the punk concert-at-home- series Evde D.i.Y.oruz and Open Studio Days Istanbul. Deniz Beser is the founder of the collectives Heyt be! Fanzine and the performance and music group Zoomk-Ru-Tu.
