Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair

The Fanzineist Vienna Art Book & Zine Fair will take place from May 22 to 24, 2026, at the Atelierhaus der Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien (Semperdepot) in Vienna.

Fanzineist Vienna is an international art book and zine fair dedicated to independent publishing in art, design, literature, and culture. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the 2026 edition will host 185 physical and 20 online exhibitors from over 40 countries. Since its launch in 2016, the fair has steadily grown into an international platform for independent publishing and zine culture.

Bringing together artists, publishers, designers, writers, collectives, galleries, institutions, and bookshops from over 40 countries, it has established itself as a vibrant meeting point for contemporary independent publishing practices.

The fair presents self-published works across the fields of art, design, literature, and contemporary culture, offering exhibitors the opportunity to reach a wider audience while fostering meaningful exchange and collaboration within the scene.

In addition to the art book & zine fair, Fanzineist Vienna features curated exhibitions, workshops, concerts, and talks, creating an open and dynamic space for discovering new artistic voices and exploring the evolving landscape of independent publishing.
