In Ritter Sport Evgeny Tantsurin frames the artist as a perpetual combatant of his own image: chivalric iconography collides with the myth of Narcissus to form an ironic, sometimes painful study of selfhood. The show unfolds as a psychological landscape where the would-be hero sparrs with his reflection — a place where identity becomes at once armour, performance and trap.
