Evan Jose: Winter Gift

Evan Jose (b. 1988, Indiana) studied at Städelschule in Frankfurt from 2016 to 2022, with a Meisterschüler in the class of Monika Baer.

Recent exhibitions include Curated by Josef Strau & Kristoffer Cezinando Karlsen, Vienna (2025), Marswetter at City Galerie Wien, Vienna (2025), New Brown Paintings at The Office of Sonia Leimer, Vienna (2024); solo presentation with City Galerie Wien at Spark Art Fair, Vienna (2024), Emozianle 3 pt. 1 and pt. 2 at City Galerie Wien (2023–24); Two Weekends in Brussels (2024); and group shows at venues such as Le Maximum (Los Angeles), The Can (Vienna), and Feux-Pâles (Brussels).

This will be the second big exhibition of Evan Jose at City and we could not be prouder!

This will be a joint opening between Shore (Anna Ammerer, Dan Bodan, Naama Doron Angel, Sven Loven, Felix Krapp-Raczek, Günther Möbius, Bartholomaeus Wächter) and 20 20 (Ariane Müller) and therefore there will be a big party at Roxy Club from 9.30pm to all celebrate together!!
