An event in the context of Scott Clifford Evans’ Splatterhaus!

Film director and screenwriter as well as installation and performance artist Scott Clifford Evans created the new installation Deathspa in collaboration with Georg Holzmann and Alexandra Kahl as part of the exhibition Splatterhaus!
The Lynch-esque interpretation of a spa will now become the film set for a public film shoot and Deathspa will be a new episode of the episodic film series Murderkino.

For the weekend of March 28 and 29, the exhibition will transform into a film production, with not only the filmset installations in use, but the rest of the space as a veritable “backstage.” For this reason, the entrance on Franz-Josefs-Kai 3 will be closed and we kindly ask that you enter “backstage” on Wiesingerstraße 9. In lieu of visiting all of the works on display, you can see “behind-the-scenes,” film production as a performance, as we film the newest episode of Murderkino, “Deathspa.”

Swing on by, crack a cold beer or two, grab a bag of popcorn, and watch the madness unfold! And if you feel so inclined, “Deathspa” and “Splatterhaus!” T-Shirts and Tote Bags, as well as other goods, are for sale in our gift shop. Proceeds from the sales support the production of the film.
