Saffron Brand Consultants, Dalton Maag, sainstephens and Instant Design on the new brand concept of the City of Vienna.
In April 2019, Vienna introduced a new brand, intended to unite civil servants around a shared brand based on a common language, beliefs and way of communicating. The brand is designed to make it easier for citizens to interact with and access city services, and the project offers efficiencies for civil servants and taxpayers.
For the first time, the design teams behind the project will take you behind the scenes, digging into the strategy and sharing the creative process that brought it to life. The talk will explore the different elements of the visual identity and demonstrate how they work together to create a new voice for the city; from the logo, colours, design system, iconography, typography, tone of voice, communication, digital channels and more.
Presentations will be led by the project’s working group including Saffron Brand Consultants, Dalton Maag, saintstephens and Instant, Design GmbH.
