On June 28th affinities are being assembled for the last time this season before we descend into the hole that is summer. For this event we invite you to join us from 4PM-10PM at the Zacherlfabrik (1190 Vienna) to celebrate the presentation of the first publication of the new A&A sister project ‘Habit Role’.

Habit Role is a platform wrestling with the material and discursive conditions of contemporary artistic and cultural production. Orbiting music, theory, politics, art and media, while trying to get a sense of their interconnectedness. Habit Role was created to champion independent and physical media as well as to heedfully negotiate alternative relationalities. Later this year we will launch a website as well as the first volume of our yearly print issue. Structured as an anthology, Vol.1 (Assembled Affinities), gathers interviews, essays and prose that contradict, affect and engage.
