The art space ada — artistic dynamic association opens its doors for its tenth anniversary already in the afternoon, with a group exhibition of contemporary positions. In the evening, the etiquette of the classical Viennese ball intertwines with art, music and science into a singular concoction.

Under the patronage of Dr. Marcuse Hafner, opening, dance and mask meet a music programme between experiment and dance floor — with DJ Mimu Merz, unkomfortabel (Jörg Piringer) and El Laicho Rapido. Centerpiece of the evening is the Asifin Placebo Forte® Bar: a homeopathic drug advisory that supports guests in shaping their ideal event — fully in the spirit of the Asifin principle, which investigates how ritual, context and expectation shape our experience. The ballroom becomes the experimental setup, every guest a participant.

„ada is … ada!“ — group exhibition for the tenth anniversary. The ada’s own premises become the exhibition object: layer upon layer has settled over the years, has been reworked, recontextualised. Instead of a retrospective, we let the walls speak.
